Maui based 27-year old Sarah Hauser left the comfort of a masters degree in computer science and a traditional career path behind to follow her passion and pursue the unconventional path of an action sports athlete. GIRL ON WAVE follows the challenges and rewards that Sarah faces on her journey in hopes of inspiring others to never lose sight of their dreams. Filmed on Maui with state-of-the-art equipment, GIRL ON WAVE includes interviews with local mentors and community leaders who have guided Sarah on her journey and have played a critical role in helping her get to where she is today.
